The City of Orange City Repeals Burn Ban

The City of Orange City has lifted the outdoor burn ban for the City effective at 8:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 14.

Water Shortage Warning Order

On May 9, 2017, the Governing Board of the St. Johns River Water Management District (District) issued a Water Shortage Warning Order, which applies to all sources of water within the District, except reclaimed water, in all counties in the District including Volusia County and Orange City. Future rainfall predictions for Orange City and Volusia County are that we should expect below-average rainfall. Orange City requests that everybody voluntary reduce water use and increase water conservation.

Orange City is accepting Sponsorship Requests for Fiscal Year 2017-2018

The City of Orange City is currently accepting applications for event or program sponsorship requests for fiscal year 2017-2018.

The City proudly supports our community and the organizations that improve it. Organizations that would like to request City sponsorship must complete the City application process.  This will allow the City to better understand requests and determine how best the City can assist requesting organizations.
