Community Breakfast – Homelessness Presentation

On January 26, 2017, a Community Breakfast was held in the Orange City Council Chambers.  The goal of the breakfast was to disseminate information about the proposed Homelessness Day Center, to be located in DeLand and operated by the Neighborhood Center, to the local churches and civic organizations. Blue Spring Nutrient Reduction Mill Lake Phase 3A

The City of Orange City will begin clearing the vegetation around Mill Lake on Monday, November 28, 2016 as the first step in a nutrient reduction process for improving water quality in the Blue Spring Basin.
