The records division is responsible for maintaining control and custody of all police records and citations according to state statute. Records reviews, enters, processes, disseminates and distributes the records as needed. Payments for city citations, code enforcement, animal tags and fingerprints are submitted through records.

How to obtain a report: in person or by mail. By mail you will need a self-addressed stamped envelope and a $2.00 money order. Personal checks are not accepted.
Finger Print Hours – (Card or Live Scan): Tuesday 9am to 1pm or Thursday 12pm to 4pm – Price $5 per person for municipal residents of Orange City – $15 per person for Non-residents
