Form: Curb Appeal Program

It is the goal of the Curb Appeal program to identify and formally reward those property owners that demonstrate community pride and maintain their property as a beacon of higher standards that other property owners may aspire..

A committee will review nominations solicited year round from the public in which a residential and commercial property will be selected on a quarterly basis. Properties shall be evaluated and reviewed on criteria such as, but not limited to, general upkeep, landscape design, incorporation of water conservative species and lighting. Properties will not be given additional consideration based on multiple submissions. A submission will be considered for one year (365 days) from receipt. Nominations may be submitted by completing the form or by calling (386) 851-7555.
