Water Conservation Workshop The St. Johns River Water Management District’s Governing Board will hold a water conservation workshop on Monday, Nov. 9, from 1 to 5 p.m. The purpose of the workshop is to discuss proposed consumptive use permit (CUP) and environmental resource permit (ERP) rule enhancements, which would increase conservation. Local governments, water supply utilities and the public are encouraged to attend and participate in the workshop.
