Kellianne Marks, known as Kelli, has lived in Orange City for over four years. She has one child who graduated from University High School in 2018 and three step children who currently attend Orange City Elementary School. Any chance she gets, she is always trying to rescue a lost pet and can usually be seen with her dog, Sweetie. Also, she likes to spend time walking around Mill Lake Park and going to area festivals.

Kelli has an Associate of Arts degree from Daytona Beach Community College majoring in Elementary Education and a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from University of Central Florida. She has a certificate in Printing/Copy Prep/Photography from Bucks County Technical School in Levittown, Pennsylvania. She was the President and founder of the First Future Teachers Club at DBCC.

Kelli has an entrepreneurial spirit and loves to work. As the Director of Events & Marketing for Kmarks Events, she organizes various events and festivals, always making sure to give back to the community in the process. Kelli is the Business Development Manager for the West Volusia Regional Chamber of Commerce and a local Beekeeper. Kelli worked for Volusia County Schools for eight years and held many titles in that timeframe, such as, Business Partner Coordinator, Inventory Coordinator, Donations Coordinator, Carnival Chairperson, Computer Tech Coordinator, PTA Secretary, Security Team Member, Student Advisory Committee, and more.

An active participant of the community, Kelli is a past President of the Orange City Elementary PTA and a member of many local organizations, including the V.I.A Orange City Woman’s Club, the DeBary Woman’s Connection, and the DeLand Moose Lodge 1126.  She is an Ambassador for the West Volusia Regional Chamber and has volunteered for Habitat for Humanity, been a Girl Scout Leader, and tutored for the Police Athletic Association. Recently, her company, Kmarks Events, adopted Mill Lake Park to assist with keeping the park clean and beautiful.
