To preregister for a vaccine appointment at the Volusia County Fairgrounds, visit myvaccine.fl.gov or call 866-201-7314. Once preregistered, individuals will receive a call when vaccine appointments become available. When called for an appointment, Sharecare representatives will ask for first and last name, date of birth, and email address and/or phone number; individuals will never be asked to provide their social security number. At this time the Volusia County Fairgrounds is only vaccinating individuals 65 years of age and older and health care personnel with direct patient contact.

City Parks

City of Orange City’s parks and amenities are open for the public to use.  Pavilion and field rentals have resumed. Rentals have been modified to follow current CDC guidelines. Park visitors should continue to practice appropriate social distancing measures.

 

City Council Meetings
City Council Meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesdays at 6:30 pm. Following the CDC guidelines, Council Members, staff and any attending members of the public will be provided a location in the Council Chambers at least six feet apart. To protect the health of employees and residents, seating is limited. To accommodate those who wish to provide public comment, you may contact the City Clerk, mberinger@ourorangecity.com or 386-775-5403. City Meetings are not streamed online but copies of the audio may be requested through the city clerk’s office, mberinger@ourorangecity.com or 386-775-5403. Meeting agendas can be found here .
